Lewis Pollack Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis Pollack (Swampscott, Massachusetts), who passed away on November 20, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Cynthia Pollack; and his parent Joe Pollack. He is survived by: his child Susan Cheloff (Pollack); his grandchildren, Hannah, Aviva, Abraham and Cynthia; his sibling Melvin Pollack; and his parent Ruth Pollack.
