He is survived by: his wife Janice Fagone (Henry); his children, John Fagone, II (Kirsten) of Swampscott, Richard Fagone (Julia Miller) of Marblehead and Nadine Simon (John) of Marblehead; his stepson Jason Hartzfeld; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher, Gabriella, Isabella, Julianna Fagone, Alexander, Francesca Simon, Alyssa Gentile and Brayden.
