She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Janakas; her parents, Peter Klonis and Anna Klonis (Angelakis); her son Christopher Janakas; and her sibling Stacia Klonis Drivas.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kurt Schneider of Neptune Beach, FL, Cory Schneider of Swampscott and Nicole Thaden (Tye) of Auburn; and her great grandchildren, Tristan Schneider, Olivia Schneider and Joanna Thaden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
