He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Perry, Sr. and Virginia Perry (Madden); and his brother Robert Perry of Swampscott. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Rainone); his children, Toni Heino (Todd) of Easton and Frank Perry III (Christen) of Townsend; his grandchildren, Devin, Steven Heino and Gavin Perry; and his sister Joy Butters (John) of Swampscott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
