She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Levine and Anna Levine; and her husband Lewis I. Mendelsohn. She is survived by: her sisters, Bella Alimansky, Betty Levine, Martha Ledeen, Ruth Kronick and Rita Toscher; her grandchildren, David Parker of New York, NY and Sheryl Parker of South Orange, NJ; and her great grandchildren, Theodore and Zoe Grayer.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Frances memory to Congregation Shirat Hayam, 55 Atlantic Ave, Swampscott, MA 01907.
