It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsa A. (Anderson) Eckman of Swampscott, Massachusetts, born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Eckman; her parents, Oscar William "Bill" Anderson and Rebecca A. Peterson (Greenough); and her sister Roberta Douglass. She is survived by: her children, Tori Eckman, Carl Eric Eckman and Lori J. Chitro (Michael); her daughter-in-law Kathleen Eckman; her grandchildren, Brendan, Heather Eckman, Michael, Matthew, Alexander and Rebecca Chitro; and her siblings, Janet Hidden, Jeannie Maxwell, Karin Caproni, Anna Igo, Rebecca King, Suzanne Pinho, Jack, Fred, Danny Peterson, Lois Hebert, David Peterson and Billy Anderson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
