He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Wilson Martin of Marblehead and Donald Franklin Hulbert Jr. of Chicago. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Redding of Marblehead and James Hulbert (Jane) of Hinsdale; and his nieces and nephews, Kate Redding, Jim Redding, Sarah Hulbert and Henry Hulbert.
