He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Souza and Mary Souza; his brother-in-law Ferdinando Parziale; and his niece Nicole Parziale. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Freddie Parziale, Michael Parziale, Anthony Parziale, Gregory Parziale, Matthew, Jodi Parziale, Andrew Parziale, Raymond Pavlik Jr., Jennifer Perrotta and David Pavlik; his girlfriend Maria Swiacke; his sisters, Mary Ann Souza of Somerville, Sheila Pavlik (Raymond Sr.) of Concord and Nancy Parziale of Woburn; and also Beth Spinazola.

Due to the current pandemic protocols, there will be no wake or funeral Mass.
