He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sprague and Marguerite Coyne (Walsh). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Sprague (Simard); his sons, Michael Sprague (Lynne) of Beverly and Jeffrey Sprague (Stacy) of Swampscott; his grandchildren, Ella, Aidan, Oliver and William Sprague; and his sister Judy Branconnier of Marblehead.
