Beryl Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beryl Smith of Swampscott, Massachusetts, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 25, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Dana P. Smith; her parents, Irving Eustis Doliber and Dorothy Hall Doliber; her children, Lori Lavoie (Mark), Dana Smith (Laurie), Beth Smith (Joel Naftelberg), Kimberly Smith, Russell Smith (Mary), Dean Smith (Tina) and Deidra Smith; her grandchildren, Amanda Lavoie, Allison Gwilliam (Pete), Darren Lavoie (Tori), DJ Turner, Gillian, Daniel, Justin, Gabrielle, Brendan Smith, Chelsea, Harrison Naftelberg and Olivia Horton; her great grandchildren, Brayden Lavoie, Grant and Nora Bea Gwilliam; her sister Janice (James Bettger); her niece Julie (John Burke); and her nephews, Jeffrey and Jonathan (Patty). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Beryl's memory to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or an Alzheimer's organization of your choosing.
