It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara R Meyer of Swampscott, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Meyer; her sister Ronna Miles; her uncle Edward; and her sibling Shirley Flanzbaum (Abrams). She is survived by: her children, Mark, Karen Meyer of Marblehead, Debra and Marc Feinson of Wayne, NJ.; her grandchildren, Mara, Jonathan Epstein, Ricki Meyer and Ariel Hecht; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Lily, Eli and Jonah.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel (10 Vinnin St, Salem, MA 01970). A burial was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Congregation Shirat Hayam Cemetery, Temple (506 Lowell St, Peabody, MA 01960).
