He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Zahr O'Hara; his daughter Christine O'Hara Beane; his grandchildren, James W. Beane, Jr. of Salem and Tessa Beane Garozzo (Paul Garozzo) of Tewksbury; his siblings, Mark E. O'Hara (Jean) of Summerville, NC, Joanne E. O'Hara (Ed McCarthy) of Medford, MA and Robert O'Hara of Exeter, NH.; and also James Beane of Swampscott.
