He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles James Joseph and Eileen Gallivan; his spouse Judith Jodi Templer; his children, Peter (Katy) of Brooklyn, NY and Andrew (Carla) of Woburn; his siblings, Linda Oxtoby of Cardiff, Debra Butler (Phil) of St Leonard, England Millar and Lorraine Millar; his grandchildren, Vincenzo and Leo Joseph of Woburn; and also, David of England, Louise of England and Daniel Joseph of England. He was also cherished by friends in the United Kingdom, and passed on these connections to his children and grandchildren.
