She is survived by: her parent Mary Ann Donahue (Cassidy); her children, Mary Ann Forsyth (John) of Danvers, William Phelan (Beth) of Beverly, Joan Guerriero (Chris) of Lynn, John Phelan (Cheryl) of Topsfield and Elizabeth Rillovick of Lynn; and her grandchildren, Kristina Doherty, Lynda Bowen, Thomas Phelan, Michael Phelan, Danielle Walsh, Lyndsay Cifeli, Lauren Gardner, Joshua Serino, Anthony Serino, James Guerriero and Kristin Micalizzi.
