It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Angelo Mongiello of Swampscott, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Rose Mongiello (Roberto); his parents, Gabriele Mongiello and Natalina Mongiello (Cresta); and his sister Maria LaMacchia. He is survived by: his wife Lucia Mongiello (Gauna); his daughters, Natalie Swanstrom (Dana) of Swampscott and Susanna Plaisted (Stutz) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Hannah Swanstrom, Brett Plaisted and Bryan Plaisted; and his siblings, Carmine Mongiello (Ivana) of Swampscott, Margaret DeIulis of Lynn and Hilda Perillo (Anthony) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
