She was predeceased by: her husband Donald W. Blodgett; her parents, John Rogers Flather and Elizabeth Newell Flather; and her siblings, Katherine Breen, Roger Flather and Newell Flather.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Blodgett (David Crane), Elizabeth Blodgett Smith, Stanley Smith, Jr. (Tim), Amy Blodgett (Bill Stafford) and D. Ward Blodgett, Jr. (Susan Blodgett); her grandchildren, Christopher Crane, Lindsey Crane, Alice Crane, Nicholas Briggs, Robin Bean Crane, Victoria Smith, Abigail Smith, Samantha Stafford, Thomas Stafford, Drake Blodgett, Albert Blodgett, Russell Blodgett, Kelly Collins, Meghan Collins and Casey Collins; her sister Betsey (Richard Haddad); her brother-in-law Donald Breen; and her close friend Philip Tierney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Wing Scholarship at The Winsor School, the D.W. Blodgett Exemplary Service Fund at Salem Hospital, or the Clifton Improvement Association.
