He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Kalikow. He is survived by: his spouse Sonia Markovits Kalikow; his children, Michael Kalikow and Lisa Kalikow (Peter Rosa); his grandchild Julia; his sibling Susan Goldberg (Cappy) of Natick; and his parent Dorothy Kalikow.
