He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Kamandulis (Waska) and William C. Kamandulis. He is survived by: his wife Denyse C. Kamandulis (Cadorette); his sister Carol Granger (Raymond) of Auburn; his children, Lissa A. Sellew of Old Orchard, ME and Sherri J. Brule (Jeremy) of Douglas; his grandchildren, Matthew Greenslit, Jason Sellew, Jeremy Brule Jr. and Ciara Brule; his great grandchild Aribella; his nieces, Amy, Pamela and Emily; and his son Kris Augustinsky (Michelle) of Auburn. He is also survived by his 2 girls as "daddy", his grandson's as "Pa", his granddaughters as "Papa".
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute of the charity of ones choice.
