He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carole D. Helgesen (Janczyk); his son Carl W. Helgesen (Mary Ann) of Homosassa Springs; his sisters, Karen Reilly of Millbury, Ethel Olsen of Andover and Vesta Lindstrom of Woodstock, CT; and his parents, Birger Helgesen and F. Louise Helgesen (Leonard). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
