He was predeceased by: his parent Marie Paule (Girard). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lavin (Sheridan); his father Leo M. Lavin, Sr.; his children, Ken Henneberry, Maura Bettez and Kristen Lavin; his grandchildren, Liam and Owen Henneberry; and his sisters, Beth DePasquale and Jean Ferreira.
