He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Brigham, Sr. and Grace Brigham (MacLaren); and his brothers, J. Dexter, Donald and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Brigham (Gravelin); his children, James Jr., Keir (Gina), Marcia Brigham Bull and Jennifer (John Prevatt); his grandchildren, Dr. Ashley Brigham-Cannata (Richard), Nicholas Brigham, Scout, Katelyn, Matthew Brigham, Timothy, Rebecca, Kayleigh Bull, Jack and Lukah Prevatt; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Jaelon Cannata; his sister Joan Hirsch of Pensacola; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Brigham.
