He was predeceased by: his father Giles W. Levitre, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. (Gonyea) of Sutton; his daughter Laurie Slik (Zachary); his granddaughter Vivien of Millbury; his mother Emma Levitre of Millbury; and his brothers, Gary Levitre (Karen) of Sutton, Gregory Levitre (Donna) of Woodstock, CT and Glenn Levitre (Claire) of Whitinsville, MA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
