He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Radzik. He is survived by: his wife Diane Radzik; his children, Nicole Casey (Tom Casey) of Sutton, MA and Jacob Radzik (Katrina Radzik) of Oxford, MA; his grandchildren, Layla Casey, Charlotte Casey, William Radzik and Wyatt Casey; his father Charles Radzik; and his siblings, Dennis Radzik, Michael Radzik, Paul Radzik and Donna Harper. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
