He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Cozzolino of Maine and Brian Cozzolino (Jenifer) of Sterling; and his grandsons, Domenic Cozzolino and Anthony Cozzolino. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
