He was predeceased by: his son Kevin; his siblings, Richard, Barbara Hammond and Marjorie Cantwell; and his parents, Beatrice Kent (MacDonald) and Richard Kent.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Kent (King); his children, Brian Kent and Jennifer Rossi (Ronald); his grandchildren, Brittany Stolberg (Eric), Andrew Rossi, Caitlin, Jamie, Demetre and Connor Kent; his great grandchildren, Adeline, Eric, Layne and Dean; and his sisters, Connie Allison and Carol Sanborn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
