He is survived by: his sons, Sam and Jack; his former wife Tracy Keyes; his close friend Autumn McGuffey; his parents, Katherine Adams (Jon) and Robert Keyes; his stepfather Steve Chamberlin; his siblings, Elizabeth Duffy (Trevor), Shannon Lamere (Chris), James Adams, Jacob Adams (Kayla), Megan Keyes and Kristopher Keyes; and his grandfather Walter Dutton. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews, along with aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.
