She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip F. McMahon and Irene McMahon (Hurley); her husband George Sharkey; her sisters, Alice and Phyllis McMahon; and her son-in-law Gary Reid.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah, Bruce Cromarty of Sudbury, Mary, Ron Christman of Brookline, NH, Philip, Lisa Sharkey of Sudbury, Barbara Reid of Sudbury, George R. Sharkey Jr. of Sudbury, Roberta Sharkey-Potter of Bolton, Alison and Christopher Boland of Sudbury. She is also survived by grandchildren; her thirteen beloved great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
