He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Martin (Silva) and Anthony Martin of West Roxbury. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Aubrey Martin of Sudbury; his children, Paul (Liza Martin) of Medway, Michelle Meal of Sudbury and Lisa (Peter West) of Sudbury; his grandchildren, Jake, Cameron Martin of Medway, Ryan, Alexandra Meal of Sudbury, Owen and Declan West of Sudbury; his brother Ken (Nancy Martin) of West Roxbury; and his nieces, Erica, Carolyn and Laura.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jack's memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
