He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Aberle Publicover and Harold A. Publicover; and his children, John, Francis, Jr. and Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica; and his children, Margaret Kring (Michael), Ann Warren (Matt), Joan White (Richard) and James Publicover (Cathy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
