She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. and Erma H. Livezey (Parker); her siblings, Warren, James Livezey and Florence "Trudy" Livezey; and her daughter-in-law Amy McCormick (Bartlett).
She is survived by: her sons, Scott D. McCormick of Austin, TX, John F. McCormick of Worcester and Timothy L. McCormick (Melanie) of Shrewsbury; and her brother William Livezey.
