He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis (Bessler); his children, Stephanie Katz (David Goldberg) and Jeffrey Katz (Alissa); his grandchildren, Rachel Goldberg, Devon and Jack Katz; his brother Alan Katz (Susan); and his siblings-in-law, Phil Bessler and Judy Bessler.
