He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Guthy and Mildred Guthy (Keck); and his sister Geraldine Buchmiller. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Guthy (Rooney); his children, Charles J. Guthy (Andrea Takahesu Tabori) of Chelmsford, MA, Catherine A. McInnis (Daniel) of Hudson, MA and Claire P. Crosby (Chistopher) of Hopkinton, MA; his niece Erika Buchmiller (Brian Mahaney); his sisters, Monica Ulbricht (Leonard) of Medfield, MA and Frances Smith of Severna Park, MD; and his grandson Fulton Gerard McInnis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
