He is survived by: his wife Esther F. Kalisky (Sotenberg); his children, Lyvia of Jerusalem, Ilona of Waltham and Matthew Kalisky of Newton; and his grandchildren, Zara of Waltham and Coltrane Kalisky-Tetreault of Waltham.
