He was predeceased by: his father Richard Dusza. He is survived by: his wife Michelle D. Dusza (Lance) of West Brookfield; his children, Zachary T. Dusza (Kalli Sadlowski) of West Warren and Alexandrea J. Dusza of Easton, ME; his stepchildren, Ronald J. Loughlin, III, Susan Connor of Ware and Christopher A. Lance (Danielle) of Hardwick; his mother Linda Dusza (Sablack) of West Warren; his brothers, Keith H. Dusza (Janet) of Granby, Jeffrey A. Dusza (Lori) of Belchertown and Jason R. Dusza of West Warren; his stepgrandchildren, Caiden, Lukas and Jackson Lance; and his nephews, Ivan, Colten and Tanner Dusza.

Due to current COVID regulations, masks must be worn and social distancing is required while in the funeral home and at the cemetery.
