He was predeceased by: his wife Rita E. Gervasi (Fortin). He is survived by: his children, Paula A. Kenda (Kerry) of Sturbridge and Daniel P. Gervasi (Lynn) of Southbridge; his grandchildren, Jaclyn M. Crosby (Jeffrey) of Leesburg, VA, Carissa L. Bloom (Jeffrey) of Plantation, FL, Jennifer L. Ide of Plaistow, NH, Julia Gervasi of Fort Worth, TX and Joshua R. Gervasi of Mesa, AZ; and his great grandchild Evelyn Grace Crosby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
