She is survived by: her spouse Danila Ioan Ticlea; her parents, Ioan Samoca and Luiza Samoca (Blaga); her sons, Alin Ticlea (Ioana Ticlea) of Ottawa, Ontario and Ovidiu Ticlea; her spouse Ana N. Ticlea of Sturbridge, MA; her grandchildren, Andrea Ticlea, Christian Ticlea, Andrew Ticlea and Ana-Sophia Ticlea; her friend Romulus Chis; and her brother Ioan Samoca.
