He is survived by: his children, Kevin Menard of Sturbridge and Deborah Menard of Palm Harbor, FL; his grandsons, Timothy Gallagher (Kristin) of Fitchburg, MA and Daniel Gallagher; his siblings, Shirley Perrazola of Sturbridge and Donald Dion of Florida; and his parents, Armand Dion and Mabel Menard Dion (LeClair). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
