He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita L. Roymans (Windheim); his daughters, Amy R. Heffernan (Keith) of Wilton, CT, Heather M. Roymans (Jonathan Alexander) of Hyattsville, MD, Tracey R. Koszalka of Southampton, NY and Lindsay B. Goodwin (Edward) of Sturbridge; his sister Hilde Gilman of Lowell; his grandchildren, William Heffernan, Katherine Heffernan, Owen Koszalka, Heath Alexander, Dylan Koszalka, Rita Goodwin, Patrick Heffernan, Amanda Koszalka, Edward Goodwin, Emilie Alexander, Charles Heffernan, Olivia Koszalka, Lora Goodwin and Elizabeth Claire Heffernan; his sister Kristen Abraham; and his parents, John Roymans and Augusta Josephine Roymans (Van Gerwen). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
