He was predeceased by: his brothers, James McCormack, Richard McCormack and David McCormack; and his parents, Harold J. McCormack and Clara M. McCormack (Hynes).
He is survived by: his wife Mary R. McCormack (Duffy); his children, Peter W. McCormack (Theresa Adamsons) of Harwich and Kerry H. McCormack of Sturbridge; and his sisters, Judith May of Florida and Kathy St. Onge of Massachusetts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
