He is survived by: his nieces, Patricia A. Ballard (Gabriel Acevedo) of Sturbridge, Louise M. Schweinler of Sylva, NC and Rachel T. Barendregt (Ron) of Plumpton, NSW; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sergio Acevedo, Sara Barendregt, Amanda Barendregt, Tori Barendregt, Travis Barendregt, Logan Barendregt, Georgie Schweinler and Stormy Schweinler; his close friend Gus Staffieri; and his stepdaughter Carolyn Croteau.
