It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Whitney Shrader of Stow, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Natalie Shrader (Hutchinson). He is survived by: his wife Carol Shrader (Reading); his children, Raymond and Kathryn; his sister-in-law Cynthia Provost; his niece Dr. Linda Carter; his nephews, Kenneth Carter and Dr. Jay Carter; his great-nephew Douglas Fowle (Annette); and also, Krystal, Nicholas, Colbie, Peter Lambert, Cameron, Jacob, Beth, Justin, Ann, Emma and Jane.

Bill was an elected fellow of the IEEE "for contributions to the theory of radar systems.".
