He is survived by: his spouse Pauline; his daughter Linda Siebert of Pembroke Pines, FL; his siblings, Joan Barker and John Chase; his granddaughter Amy Rey of Miami, FL; his stepgranddaughter Jessica Fanning; and his great grandchild Wesley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
