He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Fratto and Charlotte M. Fratto (Falbo). He is survived by: his wife Ann Evans Fratto; his sons, Robert F. Jr. of Stow and Mark A. Fratto of Stow; his sisters, Mary Fratto of Newburyport and Donna Javorsky of Watertown; and his close friend Alfred Costabile of Watertown. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
