He was predeceased by: his spouse Janet L. Derby (Goucher); and his parent Robert W. of Stow. He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Derby (Fletcher) of Stow; his children, Cheryl B. Hevey (Marc) of South Hiram, ME and Keith A. Derby (Leslie) of Northborough, MA; his sister Elizabeth MacGilvra (Bruce); his siblings-in-law, Alice Mortensen (Richard), Nancy Grant (Donald), Richard Goucher, Theodore Goucher and Albert "John" Sagar; his brother Roger N. Derby; and his sisters-in-law, Carole Derby, Loretta Sagar and Renee Goucher.
