She is survived by: her son David Smith (Janet Smith) of Waltham, MA; her granddaughters, Natalie Cross and Kylie Cannon; her sister Patricia Rennhack; her husband John Hazel Smith; her son Kevin Smith; and her brother James Marion Fox. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
