O'Keefe (Stow, Massachusetts), born in Emerson, New Jersey, who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Grady. She is survived by: her husband John J. O'Keefe; her children, Maggie O'Keefe of Stow and Jack O'Keefe of Stow; her mother Barbara Grady of Clarence, NY; and her sisters, Sharon (Jim Finlayson) of Clarence and Tricia (Pete Lacey) of Sharpsburg. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
