He was predeceased by: his wife Lea I. Sullivan (Jankowski); and his parents, John J. Sullivan and Bridget Sullivan (Shea). He is survived by: his son Daniel Sullivan (Patricia) of Acton; his grandchildren, Kerry Bailey (Korey), Drew Sullivan and William Sullivan; and his sister Mary Sweeney.
