He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilbur and Astrid "Teddy" Holbrook (Anderson); his siblings, Anne Richardson (Holbrook) and James "Jim" Holbrook; and his niece Sally Healy (Richardson).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Gagnon-O'Connor); his sons, Leighton O'Connor Jr. (Stephanie) of Nahant and Michael "Mike" (Sally O'Connor) of Westford; his grandchildren, Kyle, Justin, Alexandra "Alex", Casey, Megan and Jacklyn "Jackie"; his sister-in-law Mary Holbrook; his nephew Jim Holbrook; and his nieces, Linda, Nancy, Laurie and Suzie.
