He was predeceased by: his spouse Bernadette M. "Bunny" Arsenault; his parents, David Arsenault and Regina Arsenault (Huard); and his siblings, Clarence Arsenault, Fred Arsenault and Bertha Rowe.

He is survived by: his sister Julie Justice. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests for those who wish, memorial gifts be made to local organizations to benefit the community, such as the Stow Council on Aging.
