He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Dowling. He is survived by: his wife Frances A. Dowling (Scoville); his children, Kim A. Yanoff (Randy) of Stoughton and Kevin M. Dowling (Janeen); his grandchildren, Justin, Brendan, Ryan, Ashley, Brady, Julian, Joshua and Jessica; his great grandchild Xander; and his siblings, Kathleen Collins, Karyl Brainard of Somerville, Ann Marie Ferreira of Boston, Patricia Dowling-Cook of Hudson, Roberta Eastman and Garnet Shields of Charlestown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
